
Arrival of Sleds
All registered sleds will be indoor or under a tent. Please drain all gas out of tanks and absolutely no starting of sleds indoors. Two forklifts will be available to assist in unloading / loading sleds if needed.
VSCA pre-registered sleds will be admitted to the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds on:
Thursday, June 12, 2025 - Noon to 6PM
Friday, June 13, 2025 - 8AM to 8PM
Saturday, June 14, 2025 but by appointment only before 8AM
All sleds must be set up by 9AM as doors will be open to the public promptly at 9AM on Saturday and Sunday.
Sled Display Location(s)
Staff will be available to help unload sleds as they arrive onto the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds. Two Forklifts will be available to assist with unloading / loading, if needed. Unloading will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to be next to a friend(s), they need to be next in line (front or behind). We will not reserve or save sled spaces. We reserve the right to relocate vintage sleds in order to maintain a quality show. All aisles have to be 10 feet wide and no part of your sled or display can protrude into the aisle.
M26 Display Class (Sleds, Apparel, Memorabilia…)
You can register your individual sled(s) in the appropriate sled classes AND register all / some of your sleds in the M26 Display Class at no additional cost (check the M26 box on the appropriate sled(s) on pages 6 & 7). Please review our Class Rules and Guidelines for Registration section above for more information. If you have a non-sled snowmobile-themed display, you can register it in the M26 Display Class by checking the M26 box on the Pre-Registration Form (page 2).
Departure of Sleds
VSCA participants must keep their sleds on full display until 2PM on Sunday, June 15, 2025.
NO EXCEPTIONS!

Parking and unloading/reloading sleds will be done in an orderly manner in order to smoothly get everyone in/out of the fairgrounds and on their way ASAP.

Entry Information
VSCA Show Entry
Passes will be required for the VSCA three-day vintage snowmobile show. If you are the sled(s) registrant, your pass will be provided in your initial Participant Packet which will be picked up at the fairgrounds main gate upon entry. A pass will be required for EVERYONE at the three-day show.
The initial Participant Packet includes:

Pre-Paid Three-Day Pass(es) to VSCA National Vintage Snowmobile National Show

(1) Set of laminated Participant’s Sled ID Hang Forms and clips (one for each sled)

Once your sled(s) has been placed in their final location(s), you MUST fill out the BUILDING # and ROW # locations for each of your sleds on the list.

You MUST take the completed Registered Sleds List to VSCA Information Office (Building A) to receive the remainder of your Participant Packet that includes:

VSCA National Awards Ceremony
The VSCA National Awards Ceremony will be held at Building B Main Stage on premises on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 12PM (Noon) sharp.
VSCA Information Office
For your convenience, the VSCA Information Office will operate throughout the show at the fairgrounds office building A. Experienced personnel will be on hand during showtimes to answer questions and assist participants in any way they can.
Security

There will be evening security on the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds

The buildings will be secured from 9PM to 9AM on Thursday, June 12, 2025 through Saturday, June 14, 2025

No evening security will be available on Sunday, June 15, 2025

Participants assume all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property
